I was born and raised in Southern Maryland, and I've spent the last 19 years working full-time as a REALTOR® in the same communities where I grew up. That's not a marketing line. It means I know which roads back up at shift change, which neighborhoods have well water, where the creeks are deep enough for a boat, and which builders I'd trust with my own family.

My clients range from first-time buyers in Great Mills to families selling a home they've owned for decades in Hollywood or Leonardtown. Many are relocating for Patuxent River Naval Air Station and need someone who can explain the area honestly and quickly. Others are buying acreage, handling an estate, or moving up to the water. The situations differ, but the approach doesn't: clear communication, data-driven pricing, and negotiation that protects your position.

Outside of real estate, I've spent years volunteering with local youth, civic, and charitable organizations in St. Mary's County. I mention it not for credit, but because it's part of why I take this work seriously. The people I represent are my neighbors, and I plan to keep running into them at the grocery store for a long time.
